Catherine's Macarons: A Sweet Journey
I’m Catherine, and my love affair with baking began sometime around 2019, as I was transitioning from an eight-year job in Singapore. I found solace in baking macarons, which I initially gave away to my neighbors, friends, and relatives. Little did I know that this simple act of sharing would be the beginning of a beautiful journey.
During the Covid years of 2020 and 2021, baking became my refuge. Whenever I felt depressed, bored, or had free time, I turned to my kitchen. The process of creating delicate, colorful macarons became my therapy. It was during this period of uncertainty and isolation that my passion for baking grew stronger.
When the pandemic put a halt to my travel plans and left me with little to do in the way of work, I decided to take my hobby more seriously. In July 2021, I took a leap of faith and started selling my first batch of macarons, along with popcakes and cakesicles. I offered same-day home delivery, bringing sweet treats right to the doorsteps and offices of my customers.
To my delight, within just three months, my business blossomed in ways I never imagined possible. This initial success inspired me to obtain a Food Hygiene Safety Certificate and expand my offerings. I added cakesicles, cupcakes, and healthy treats like fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate to my repertoire, all with the aim of growing my dessert business and bringing pieces of edible art to my customers.

I am dedicated to using friendly-environment packaging and crafting desserts that are "less sweet" with fresh, vibrant flavors.
